Law enforcement have accused a twenty-nine-year-old individual from Afghanistan with one count of homicide and two counts of violent assault while carrying a weapon.
The tragedy prompted the administration to pause asylum applications and temporarily stop granting entry permits to owners of passports from Afghanistan.

Wolfe, a native of Martinsburg, started his military career in early 2019 and is a graduate of his local high school, as reported by the Associated Press.
